  • Shipping Days: We ship orders Monday through Friday. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Delivery Service: We use USPS for all deliveries to ensure a reliable and timely arrival of your treats.

  • Shipping Area: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Delivery Time: Shipping times may vary based on your location, but standard USPS shipping generally takes 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Return & Refund Policy

At Sasha’s Sweet Treats, we take great care in crafting and delivering our sweets to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for most of our sweet treats. However, your satisfaction is important to us, so please review the following policy:

  • Non-Refundable Items: All confectionery items, including Yema candy, Pastillas, Cookie Crinkles, and other perishable goods, are non-refundable once shipped. We cannot accept returns due to health and safety reasons.​

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Provide a detailed description and photos of the issue, and we will gladly work with you to resolve the situation. This may include sending a replacement or offering a store credit at our discretion.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible.
